Manage your account settings and preferences

Stay in control of your trading account

Your client portal at client.comofx.com is the single hub for everything account-related — identity verification, security settings, contact details, statements, and platform credentials. Most administrative tasks take less than a minute, but the small details (like 2FA setup or correct address on file) save real time when something needs to happen quickly.

This section answers the questions that come up most often after the initial onboarding. If you are still setting up an account, start in the Getting Started section instead and come back here once verification is complete.

Common account tasks

KYC verification

Upload ID and proof of address. Usually reviewed within 24 business hours. Re-submissions get priority queue.

Password & 2FA

Change password from Security tab. Enable 2FA via Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.

Profile updates

Update phone, email, or address. Address changes trigger a fresh proof-of-address upload for FSCA compliance.

Notifications

Toggle email, SMS, and push alerts for deposits, withdrawals, margin calls, and account activity.

Security best practices

  • Enable 2FA on day one. We recommend it for every account, and require it for withdrawals above a configurable threshold.
  • Use a unique password. Never reuse the password from another site. A password manager makes this painless.
  • Review session activity monthly. The portal shows your last 30 sign-ins by device and location. Anything you do not recognise, revoke and rotate your password.
  • Keep contact details current. Withdrawal approvals go to the email on file. If you lose access to your email, fixing it requires a manual verification process.
