Why Verification is Required
ComoFX is regulated by international financial authorities and must verify all accounts to:
- Prevent fraud and money laundering
- Protect your account from unauthorized access
- Comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations
- Enable full withdrawal capabilities
Required Documents
Proof of Identity (POI)
One of the following documents:
- Valid passport (all pages)
- National ID card (both sides)
- Driver's license (both sides)
Note: Document must be valid and clearly readable
Proof of Address (POA)
One of the following documents (not older than 3 months):
- Utility bill (electricity, water, gas)
- Bank statement
- Government correspondence
- Tax document
Note: Must show your full name and residential address
Verification Process
- Login to your ComoFX client portal
- Navigate to "Account Verification" in your dashboard
- Upload clear photos or scans of your documents
- Submit your verification request
- Wait for our compliance team to review (usually 1-2 business days)
- Receive confirmation via email once approved
Document Upload Tips
- Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI)
- Ensure all corners of the document are visible
- Avoid glare or shadows on the document
- Text must be clearly readable
- Color photos are preferred over black and white
- Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF (max 5MB per file)
Common Rejection Reasons
- Expired documents: Ensure your ID is still valid
- Poor quality: Blurry or dark images won't be accepted
- Partial documents: All corners and edges must be visible
- Wrong document type: Screenshots or photocopies are not accepted
- Address mismatch: POA address must match your registered address
