ComoFX runs the public website and the trading portal on separate infrastructure. This means the marketing site cannot interact with your funds or trading history. Sensitive operations happen only inside the hardened client portal at client.comofx.com.

ComoFX is authorized and regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa. Client funds are held in segregated accounts at top-tier banks.
- Encrypted transport
All client portal traffic uses TLS 1.3 with modern cipher suites. Cookies are flagged Secure, HttpOnly, and SameSite=strict.
- Two-factor authentication
Enable 2FA via Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password from your account settings. Required for withdrawal approvals above a configurable threshold.

How do I sign in to my ComoFX trading account?

Click "Continue to Client Portal" and enter the email and password you used during registration. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will be prompted for your verification code.
I forgot my password. How do I recover my account?

On the client portal sign-in screen, click "Forgot password". Enter your registered email and we will send a secure reset link that expires after 30 minutes. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact info@comofx.com.
Why am I redirected to client.comofx.com?

ComoFX separates its public website (comofx.com) from its client portal (client.comofx.com) for security. The portal is a dedicated, hardened environment that handles your trading account, KYC documents, and financial transactions.
Is my login secure?

Yes. ComoFX uses TLS 1.3 encryption, optional two-factor authentication via authenticator apps, and segregated client funds at top-tier banks. ComoFX is regulated by the FSCA of South Africa under license FSP 47645.
Can I sign in from my mobile device?

The ComoFX client portal works on all modern mobile browsers. You can also use the MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and TradeLocker mobile apps with the same credentials.
